Monthly Employee Feature: Carisa Guhl, Strategic Business Analyst

Carisa Guhl would say that she has an analytical mind, but what many people don’t know is that she has an inner creativity that shines through at home. She loves to cook pizza and pasta with her husband and on the weekends they refurbish furniture and home decor together. Her transformations are amazing!

Strategic Business Analyst for Sales Department.

How long have you worked at Soligent? 

I am going on my 2nd year at Soligent.

What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?

I like to go for a swim or go the gym.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I enjoy volunteering.

What’s something—big or small—that you’re really good at?

Swimming – I swam competitively for over 8 years.

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?

I go for a walk around the neighborhood before making dinner.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Honest, Kind and Driven.

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

Thrifting –  My husband makes us stop for every yard sale he can find.

If you could only eat one item for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pasta…..more specifically gnocchi.

Bucky Covington.

What’s your favorite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat?

I Love Lucy … it’s a classic, but a good one!
