Kat Hall, an Order Fulfillment Specialist, is very much appreciated and respected by her team and colleagues here at Soligent. She constantly goes above and beyond for her customers and teammates to ensure the best quality of service available.
Kat, her husband, two young boys, dog, and cat, recently relocated from the Bay Area to the Sacramento area. She spends much of her free time traveling with friends and family to not-so-far-away places, boating, and most recently playing mini golf. Kat can also be found exploring local restaurants and baking.

What advice would you give to your teenage self?
You don’t know everything lol. Things will get better.
What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?
Yoga and thinking about my kids.
What’s a trip that changed you, and why?
My honeymoon in Hawaii. I came back pregnant and had a whole new outlook on life. I always felt connected to people but felt even more empathetic than ever. I felt like I had a purpose to not only protect my baby and my husband but make the world better for them. Made me want to give that love back to others.
What’s one of your favorite memories from the past year?
Seeing my 2 boys grow and now have such a strong bond. They are 3 and 1 and I think the pandemic has made them rely on each other more than ever. They love playing together and it makes my mama heart so happy.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I hate pickles.
What’s something you saw recently that made you smile?
A video of a toddler cooking with his Nana. He was trying to eat everything in the process. It was adorable and hilarious. I pretty much cried laughing.
What’s something—big or small—that you’re really good at?
Baking I love it.
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
Do what feels right for you regardless of others opinions. My best friend.
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
That I am the best mommy and wife.
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?
Yoga and watching a movie with my family.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
JLo lol.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Loyal, silly, and positive.
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Exploring, BBQing, wine tasting, hiking, checking out a cool restaurant.
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
Not sure any of my talents are hidden but headstands and back walkovers are something I don’t do often but my 3 year old thinks it’s pretty cool.
If you could only eat one item for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Cheese.

Crafting but I’m not very good at it.
