We are pleased and very proud to announce the opening of our San Antonio, Texas Distribution Center this September. This expansion was made possible by our valued customers continuing to use us as a trusted Solar Distributor.
Our CEO, Jonathan Doochin, has sought ways to seize the opportunity of our recent expansion. He ultimately landed on the decision to move from Northern California to Austin, Texas. Our network of customers has consistently expanded since Jonathan’s leadership and direction. Over the last 10 years of cultivating partnerships, learning the in’s and out’s of the market and growing as a company, we feel that the time is now to expand.
When our entire company came together and embraced a growth mindset, we felt the empowerment and commitment from each one of our passionate employees. We know Soligent will far exceed any expectations we have set with our team eager and ready to serve our customers and vendors. Through collaboration and innovation, we will do whatever it takes to be that power player in the Solar industry.
We take great pride in our CEO following his passion to contribute to his mission of helping our environment be green. As some of you may know, Soligent works daily to reduce carbon emissions, make a positive impact on this beautiful planet and most of all, be a great solar supply provider.
Everything in Texas is big and only getting bigger. With San Antonio (right next to Austin) being the 5th nationally for solar energy capacity, and Texas evolving to be a leader in solar, we only felt it would be right to join many cleantech businesses in this growing market. Our impact is beyond Texas, but we feel this is another prominent milestone in our growth and commitments to our large footprint expansion.
“San Antonio’s leadership on solar has not only provided residents with clean, renewable power, but has also given other cities an excellent example on how to make it happen,” said Luke Metzger, Executive Director of Environment Texas Research & Policy Center.
