Shane Carvell, Director of Supply Chain, is an accomplished supply chain professional who is passionate about driving continuous improvement through partnership and developing highly effective teams. His effective leadership and friendly personality bring joy to our workplace, and Soligent is lucky to have him as a teammate.
Shane was born in the wind and cold of Fargo, North Dakota. He has two brothers and is the middle son. He was active playing basketball and cross country as a high school student. He went to a small college in southwest Minnesota for his undergrad, studying business administration. After graduation, Shane worked for Target and then Best Buy. This is where he spent the majority of his professional life, until leaving to join the excitement that is Soligent. He acquired his MBA at St. Thomas University located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Shane is married with 2 teenage girls who are active in volleyball, which dominates their free time. Other than spending time with his family and managing supply chain operations for our organization, he enjoys hiking, snorkeling, skiing, biking, and craft beer– but maybe not in that order.
