Misty Bergeron, Head of Talent Acquisition, has had a career revolving around Staffing and Talent Acquisition for the last 25 years. She has worked with many industries and created many partnerships all while building strong teams and solid staffing branches and departments.

In her career, she has developed talent acquisition teams capable of producing top talent and successfully hiring over 250 employees monthly for a variety of skill sets, with a team of over 25 recruiters and 5 onboarding specialists. She has developed and implemented a solid talent acquisition process to attract the best of the best candidates and an onboarding team that provides the best in-class new hire experience. In her past careers, she has been able to double revenue and GM dollars in less than a year while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Joining an organization (Soligent) where you matter, where you feel like family each and every day. Where we make a difference in so many lives as well as the world we live in.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I love music. But have been to many heavy rock concerts. Most people do not believe that.

What’s something—big or small—that you’re really good at?

Dancing

A simple Thank You and a smile- it means more than anything

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

Dancing in the kitchen while cooking, fishing with my husband Ronnie and spending time with our two sons, Kaine (24) and Brenon (22)
