Jonathan Doochin

CEO


Jonathan is the CEO of Soligent Holdings Inc. and Soligent Distribution. Jonathan is passionate about making a positive impact on the world. He is a socially conscious leader who works tirelessly and passionately to ensure his company and our thousands of dealers have the resources and tools to be successful. Jonathan has successfully led the rollup, investment in, and growth of nearly a dozen solar companies. He and his partners actively invest funds and human capital know-how into uniquely positioned businesses across the energy sector.

Prior to Soligent Holdings, Jonathan co-founded and led companies in software, automotive, finance, and construction. He co-founded Clark Energy Group, a national ESCO awarded $5B IDIQ contract for renewable energy development projects with the US government. He has also served in the public sector as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy helping lead the deployment of $13B in energy funds. He attended Harvard College and Harvard Business School where he co-founded two different well known leadership institutes to further leadership development and education. He believes that one of the most important things he can do is to help socially minded businesses across the world make a positive impact on the environment. Jonathan spends his spare time hiking, running, traveling, and mentoring.

Ken Lima

EVP of Sales & Operations


Ken is passionate about driving the necessary changes to build a sustainable future, centered around renewable energy adoption. As the EVP of Sales & Operations for Soligent, he leads the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams responsible for helping to enable the success of thousands of Solar Installers across the United States. Ken and the Soligent Team are committed to being a dependable, reliable partner who positions Soligent’s customers to maximize success and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Soligent’s dynamic team, Ken held senior positions at Tesla and SolarCity, including as Director of Sales, where he supported the customer-facing sales team focused on carrying out Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Previous to his 4 years with SolarCity and Tesla, Ken worked at Best Buy for 14 years. Most recently with Best Buy, he helped launch Best Buy for Education, a strategic initiative to support the rapid adoption of technology in K-12 classrooms across the nation.

In his personal time, Ken enjoys investing time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports in his local Bay Area community, and facilitating anti-bullying/drug awareness courses in K-12 classrooms.

Jaime Oehlwein

Vice President of Finance


Jaime has exhibited values of leadership, integrity, and passion since the start of her career in 2000. She worked hard and earned leadership roles early on in her career, having held various Executive leadership roles since 2006. She demonstrates commitment to her team and company by working alongside her employees with a positive attitude and passion for producing quality work. She is a trusted leader who's focused on making a difference through process driven analysis. Her ability to understand the entire business model in conjunction with the financial details is what sets her apart from other financial leaders. Prior to Soligent she held various leadership roles in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, and the renewable fuels industry. Most recent, Jaime was Vice President of Finance for ACH.

Jaime has implemented numerous cost saving initiatives for her employers over the past 10 years saving these entities over $1.5M in total, none of which involved reduction in workforce. Jaime is the expert on cost saving initiatives! She’s been involved in 3 company sales, compiling due diligence and entertaining prospective buyers. She has operations experience and ran a start-up facility on its own cash flow during the financial crisis of 2009 while dealing with permitting and environmental challenges. In 2019 Jaime was recognized for her commitment and passion in her field with the Women Who Count Award from the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA).

Jaime and her husband are also strong supporters of various humane shelters. They have rescued senior dogs who their world revolves around. These shelters know when they have an animal in need, they can call Jaime for help. Jaime’s passion for her work is what sets her apart from other professionals and motivates her to be the best.

Trevor Cherr

Head of People and Org. Development


With a background in sustainability, Trevor Cherr is passionate about developing safe and sustainable business practices while developing initiatives around company culture and alignment for every member of the Soligent team.

As the Head of People and Organizational Development, he is responsible for designing and driving Soligent's corporate policy, culture initiatives, recruitment and retention strategies, as well as training and talent development. With an education in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Trevor is passionate about employee empowerment and facilitating a supportive and collaborative environment throughout the entire Soligent organization.

Prior to joining Soligent, Trevor held several leadership positions within Human Resources at Vista Outdoor Inc. and CamelBak Products, LLC. where he helped to establish a "Best Place to Work" culture while developing programs focused on employee health and wellness, internal data process improvement, and community activism. Helping to drive positive change, Trevor also led corporate efforts lobbying to advocate for conservation initiatives like the Land and Water Conservation Fund, developed sustainability initiatives including product recycling and LEED certification, and worked to create a culture of diversity and inclusion within the outdoor industry.

In his personal time when he's not cleaning up beaches or trails, Trevor enjoys hiking, paddling, gardening, and traveling with his wife and two rescue dogs.
