Luke Hutchins

Luke Hutchins is our Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Soligent. Luke leads his team with a strategic vision focused on expanding clean energy solutions, forging impactful partnerships, empowering consumers, and building a great culture within the company. Luke brings 18+ years of experience working in the construction industry from supply to distribution with Milwaukee Tool and Capital Electric. Luke graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and now resides in Charleston, SC with his wife Meredith, their two boys, Liam and Alex, and their dog Jethro.
Katina Allen

Katina Allen is our Vice President of IT for Soligent and brings with her 8+ years of solar industry experience. She is responsible for all aspects of platform and technology development for the organization. Prior to joining Soligent in 2022, her experience included Kraft Foods and Sungevity where she moved up the ranks with experience in sales, operations, developing business strategy, and software/project deployments. Katina has an MBA from Rockhurst University and resides in Lee's Summit, MO with her 2 daughters, Alaina and Evelyn, as well as her Goldendoodle Harley.
Tasha Bury

Tasha Bury joined Soligent in 2023. Tasha is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, credit and collections, and payroll teams. Together, the teams are focused on driving financial performance within Soligent by improving internal processes and reporting, keeping books accurate and compliant, and cross-collaboration with other departments.
​
Prior to joining Soligent, Tasha gained 20 years of experience across a few different industries, at Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits, SICK, Inc., Hilti, Inc., and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
​
In her personal time, Tasha enjoys spending time with her husband, Anthony, their three children (Skylar, Asheton, & Scarlett), their two German Shepherds, two Holland Lop Bunnies and two turtles.
Shane Carvell
Senior Director, Supply Chain

Shane Carvell is out Sr. Director of Supply Chain. He is an accomplished supply chain professional who is passionate about driving continuous improvement through partnerships. Shane has a customer-first mindset as he works through solving problems that face our customers and our team members.
​
Prior to Soligent, Shane gained experience in retail with Best Buy and Target stores. He received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Minnesota state and his MBA from St. Thomas University located in St. Paul. He resides in a suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul with his wife and two daughters.
Todd Koscelnik
Senior Director, Operations

Todd Koscelnik joined Soligent in 2023 and is our Senior Director of Operations. Todd leads the distribution team, working collaboratively across all business functions. Todd held operations leadership roles of increasing responsibility across public and private, and small to large organizations, most recently as leader of Supply Chain and Distribution for Momentum Solar. Todd earned his BBA from the University of North Texas and resides in the North Texas area where he enjoys personal time in the country with his family.
Julie Moree

Julie Moree, VP People, joined Soligent in 2023. Julie and her team are focused on building a One Team culture that drives business results & a superior employee experience. Prior to joining Soligent, Julie held roles across all aspects of Human Resources, as both a generalist and specialist, at Nike, Anheuser-Busch, and most recently, as Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Nordstrom. Julie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides in and works remotely from the Charleston, South Carolina, area.
