Tony Garzolini

Tony Garzolini brings over two decades of experience in residential and small-scale commercial energy. He has held senior leadership positions at top-tier energy companies, including SunPower Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution from a solar module manufacturer to a full-service solar and storage provider. Tony also served in key leadership roles at Generac Power Systems and has advised a range of prominent firms across the energy sector. His strategic insight and deep industry expertise continue to drive innovation and growth in the clean energy space.
Matt Altick

Matt Altick is the Global General Counsel for our entire organization, which encompasses Soligent and our sister company, Segen. He is an accomplished attorney who is extremely passionate about problem solving and helping the business move forward while avoiding legal, commercial, and operational pitfalls.
Prior to Soligent, Matt gained experience in private practice and also in-house at a real estate company. He received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton. He resides in a suburb of Dallas, Texas with his wife and daughter. Matt is an avid sports fan and loves to travel, golf, and try new restaurants with his family and friends.
Katina Allen

Katina Allen is our Sr. Director, Technology Solutions for Soligent and brings with her 8+ years of solar industry experience. She is responsible for all aspects of platform and technology development for the organization. Prior to joining Soligent in 2022, her experience included Kraft Foods and Sungevity where she moved up the ranks with experience in sales, operations, developing business strategy, and software/project deployments. Katina has an MBA from Rockhurst University and resides in Lee's Summit, MO with her 2 daughters, Alaina and Evelyn, as well as her Goldendoodle Harley.
Shane Carvell
Senior Director, Supply Chain

Shane Carvell is our Sr. Director of Supply Chain. He is an accomplished supply chain professional who is passionate about driving continuous improvement through partnerships. Shane has a customer-first mindset as he works through solving problems that face our customers and our team members.
​
Prior to Soligent, Shane gained experience in retail with Best Buy and Target stores. He received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Minnesota state and his MBA from St. Thomas University located in St. Paul. He resides in a suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul with his wife and two daughters.
Todd Koscelnik
Senior Director, Operations

Todd Koscelnik joined Soligent in 2023 and is our Senior Director of Operations. Todd leads the distribution team, working collaboratively across all business functions. Todd held operations leadership roles of increasing responsibility across public and private, and small to large organizations, most recently as leader of Supply Chain and Distribution for Momentum Solar. Todd earned his BBA from the University of North Texas and resides in the North Texas area where he enjoys personal time in the country with his family.
